If you do not wish to pay for specific consumables, for example because you wish to provide your own, please make your nursery aware so next steps can be discussed.
Snacks that we provide to promote health and reduce the risk of obesity and heart disease that may begin in childhood. (Please refer to our Food and Nutrition policy and procedure). This can be requested or can be looked at on our website whitegrovepreschool.org.uk.
We offer every day 1 vegetable, 2 fruits and water and milk, dairy products and a carbohydrate. Below is a list of some of the foods we offer.

All the fruits and vegetables you can think of. We like the children to try new experiences. Obviously, allergies are considered. If you choose to opt out please ensure that you provide snack that works with our food and Nutrition policy. The list above will help you with this.
We also offer different culture foods i.e. Haggis, hot cross buns, samosa, Prawn crackers, pancakes, easter cakes, biscuits. Again, the list is endless.
The Enhancements that we offer and would like to continue to offer so that all the children get the experiences that are important to us and there learning. These are not part of the Early Years Foundation Stage for learning.
